[Fuel Pump]

C-Stoff section of a main fuel pump, sectioned for display.

On the left is the C-Stoff fuel inlet, and the helical pump which creates a suction pressure to draw fuel from the tanks, is clearly shown as the screw-threaded device.

The actual centrifugal C-Stoff pump is the thin wheel to the right of that, distinguished by the slots cut into its circumference.

The "fan" on the right of the picture is the turbine which controls the fuel pump speed, driven by the output of the steam generator.
